About Us:
TempSol is owned and operated by Gary Pertle
and Sandra Atkins, located in Placerville,
California and serves a sixty mile radius of the
Placerville area.

While Sandra is a Placerville native, Gary moved to El Dorado County in
1965, and together they are raising their children, involved in many
family and community projects and feel blessed to live and work in such
a beautiful area.
Gary entered the HVAC trade while still in High School by enrolling in a
work experience program in 1976. Gary has worked in the residential
market as well as in the light-commercial field, performing installations in
new construction, retrofit and replacements for over 20 years.
While Gary takes care of estimating, repairs and installations, his wife,
Sandra, takes care of marketing, accounting and everything else.
