Here's how it works: For an annual fee of $199.00 for single unit homes and $50.00 for each additional unit Temp Sol will perform the following: Automatic Seasonal Service scheduling every six months, once in the spring and, once in the fall, to make certain of proper operation of your Heating and Air Conditioning system. No matter who installed it or when. We will give you a one year supply of filters. This ensures that you are ready for each upcoming weather season.
